"Following guidance from our Trump University Mentor, Chris Goff, we secured a lease/purchase option deal with a willing, motivated seller of a nice townhouse in Springfield, VA. We then advertized the property and found a family that we were able to help. They are now in a home that they might not have gotten otherwise, with the prospect of actually buying it in a year.

As a result of the transactions, we made $10,000 on the Option Fee and have a positive monthly cash flow of $155.00 on the rental payments.

"My initial interest in Trump University began after reading many of Mr. Trump's books on wealth creation and real estate success. Curious, I attended the Real Estate Investing Training Program offered by Trump U which proved to be a major factor in my choice to abandon my profession as a sales manager and begin a career as a real estate agent in Richmond, VA. I can’t emphasize how much I value my relationship with Trump University. As a result of my training, I now understand lease options, owner finance, quick turnarounds, and wealth preservation--all very important aspects of real estate investing. I also appreciate the fact that my mentor, Tad Lignell, is doing exactly what he teaches--a trait that’s getting harder and harder to find in the seminar world. As a result of working with Tad, I now own 5 properties in Las Vegas. Four of the properties are currently rented and bringing in an estimated monthly cash flow of over $1,100--while the fifth is now my new home. Thanks to Trump University I am now on the path to financial independence.
